Capitol Reef

In our Mighty Five tour, our time at Capitol Reef was limited to the late afternoon. We only stopped at the Visitor Center and then went to Sunset Point. Ordinarily you would think that this limited the chance for good photo ops. Not so on this day. The clouds, sun angle and beauty of the park combined to produce 76 shots. The following 10 are the ones that I think best show some highlights, but there are many more.

Something mother nature provided us to view and photograph. And you accomplished it very well.

Great set. Love #5 and #10. Both contain a wonderful focal point. The rock formation in #5 and the lacy dead tree in #10 bring the eye right to the center of the images.
