I know there is a similar view at Glacier Point where that might happen.
Thanks for looking and for your comments, Dave. The trail to Taft Point where this happened is actually off the Glacier Point road, just before you reach Glacier Point.

Thank you! I'm sure you would enjoy Yosemite! I would recommend going on weekdays either before Memorial Day or after Labor Day to avoid the summer and weekend crowds. In the Spring the waterfalls are displayed in their full glory. If it is a one time visit for you, Spring is a good choice. However, as you can see, fall is also a beautiful time in Yosemite, even though the waterfalls are low.

Beautiful set! I never get tired of going to Yosemite and am fortunate to live only 3 1/2 hours away. We drove through Tuolumne Meadows 4 weeks ago; photos to follow soon.
