According to posts you can use sigma or canon lens on a Sony A7lll,
Will it work and auto focus with tamron lens with ef mount.

Yes it will, IF you get the EF mount converter. Sigma makes and EF to E, and a SA-E converter.

For the MC-11, there is a page on the Sigma site that lists all their MC-11 compatible lenses. Those, are, of course, Sigma, not Tamron.

A couple of years ago I rented a Tamron 150-600 and used it on an a7R2 with my "dumb" Metabones adapter. It was purely manual but it worked optically. It would have been nice to have had AF.

I would think that the MC-11 behind a Tamron would have to be with the Canon mount on the Tamron. Even if that works, I suggest you give some thought to the lack of support should anything not work well. Sigma would not have much reason to support using that adapter on a Tamron. But who know? Not I.
