Yes it will, IF you get the EF mount converter. Sigma makes and EF to E, and a SA-E converter.
i have a 6300 and mc11 it works with a tamron 70 -300 zoom. also work with my canon ef glass

For the MC-11, there is a page on the Sigma site that lists all their MC-11 compatible lenses. Those,are, of course, Sigma, not Tamron.
A couple of years ago I rented a Tamron 150-600 and used it on an a7R2 with my "dumb" Metabones adapter. It was purely manual but it worked optically. It would have been nice to have had AF.
I would think that the MC-11 behind a Tamron would have to be with the Canon mount on the Tamron. Even if that works, I suggest you give some thought to the lack of support should anything not work well. Sigma would not have much reason to support using that adapter on a Tamron. But who know? Not I.
