Hi all,
I was in Wallace, Idaho yesterday hoping for a tour of the Bordello Museum but unfortunately due to a family emergency all tours were cancelled. So, I shot these pictures through the glass store front with serious glare and awkward angle as it was high on the wall.
Does anyone think they can be fixed? My only pp is Picasa and I can't do a thing with them. Feel free to play with them or let me know they're trash and that will give reason for me to hop in the car again for a "road trip".
Thanks :) :)

Like their subject these photos are well you know. Broken
I'm sure the answer is to go back and get a better picture. Here is my poor attempt to salvage the first picture, but not much anyone can do, with the lack of detail, and the glass which you shot through.
Buffy. Your subtly cracks me up.
Goofy, I think spell check changed you name.
This fix isn't too bad, but I still take the road trip. Ownership you know......
That is remarkable - what PP program did you use if you don't mind me asking.

I think it's called Google.
Didn't even bother to take the white border off.
I have no advice on how to fix these... But a tip that has helped me in such situations.....put a polarizing filter on when shooting through windows to reduce glare.
Now on to Winnemucca to explore images of the modern "soiled" ones. I think there's a documentary. If not, it would make an interesting photography project.

Had to give it a try. Interesting challenge. All suggestions re taking the picture are good. Unless you want distortion, try to get square on to rectangular objects to make correcting camera distortion easier. Correcting two axes at the same time is tougher. Made worse by the fact that it is double pane glass, so multiple reflections. Best I could do.
