If Trump can change the 14th amendment with an executive order and you Russian Trumpublican pricks don't run him out of town for it, then keep your damn sister-mom/uncle-daddy sucking mouths shut when the 2nd amendment is changed by executive order.

NO amendment is any different than any other amendment when it comes to the legal process required to change it.

Can you clearly explain what exactly you think President Trump is trying to 'change' in the 14th Amendment? He has NEVER said he wanted to change it. He said he wants it CLARIFIED. But I'm sure that subtle distinction is completely overshadowed by your baseless paranoia.

Really? So he has not said he was going to use his power for an executive order? Check with Paul Ryan and maybe he can clarify things for you.

Unbelievable, but not the only example. It must be fun to counter facts with insults and/or lies.

No facts were presented by the OP, but you and Frankie already knew that.

The only lies told were by the OP, but y’all already knew that as well.

Sorry, your wrong, the 14th has nothing to with immigration. It’s about giving s***es full citizenship.
Go back and finish school, get that GED at least.

In principle, Trump is asserting he has the Executive power to revoke the citizenship of a child born here because the parents are non-citizens. Of course, he laces it with invective about i*****l i*******ts. The US population has three categories: Native Anerican, Citizens, and Non-Citizens. The latter category has a number of subcategories and there are criteria defined by law for each subcategory. Moreover, there are laws that govern when and how one can reclassify from one subcategory to another. These distinctions are important and give one pause for amusement when one hears "kick 'em out the law is the law and we defend the law." So I applied that revoke principle to my family tree. My father was born in 1892 and his father was Naturalized in 1900 and his mother died before gaining citizenship. My mother was born before her father gained Citizenship. Her mother was born in Plattsburgh, NY of parents who were from French Canada and never Naturalized - so her citzenship could be revoked. So both of my parents could have their citizenship revoked, which by virtue that I born in the US of non-citizens my citizenship could be revoked. For those readers who have developed their family genealogies, track through the facts and apply Trump's Revoke Priniciple in a logical manner. To be accurate the Trump Principle is Revoke Citizenship for children of a certain category of Non-citizens, but because we are a nation of laws and we must always obey the laws those specific subcategory of non-citizens must always be able to reclassify to a 'higher' subcategory so that their children born here regain citizenship.

Now that you all have been dipped in the murk what have you to say after due consideration of the laws.

I do not see his remark as a dishonesty, I see it as mis-statement. I see the Trump Exec Order as a nullification of an action provided BY the amendment. The motive behind the Exec Order is the phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof," but note that phrase is set off by a comma from the "All persons born or naturalized in the Uniterd States, ." That comma makes a huge difference as does the word "juristiction." Jurisdiction means you can be summoned to perform jury duty, during WW2, Korea, Vietnam you could be drafted into the Army. Jurisdiction means more than obedience to the law.

All persons born in the US are Citizens, there is not a thing to worry about, even if the law were changed it would only apply to births after the effective date. Article 1 section 10 of the constitution clearly states Comgress may pass no bills containing Ex Post Facto laws.
