A storm system moving into our area this morning was instrumental in the rapidly changing light conditions. The three images below were taken over a period of seven minutes. I used my iphone 8 because the HDR continuous setting in my Canon 6D was too slow. I made the mistake of setting the HDR on continuous instead of every shot in dim light prior to setting up the tripod. That's one mistake I won't make again. The actual light was really spectacular and worth every minute.
Well captured and timely! Many times we miss these opportunities if we’re in the house and don’t look outside!!
