My Topaz Impression (Stand alone or through Photoshop CC) is freezing and crashing. Nothing on my end has changed that I know of. My computer never had issues with it before. I have 16 gigs of RAM and a graphics card that is Intel (R) HD Graphics 530. When I open Impression with a photo, it barely starts to load, there is "flashing" on the screen and it totally freezes up. None of my other Topaz products are having this problem. It seems difficult to get help with them or is it just me? If my Impression is corrupt, I'm wondering about uninstalling it and reinstalling? Also, it seems like this is a fairly common happening from my online researching. Most answers to the problem are the graphics card. Oh, I also did a scan on my graphics card and it is up-to-date with drivers and no problems found. Mine was fine up until now and I don't use Impression that often.
Any ideas, anyone? Thanks, Marsha

I use Topaz, but not Impression. And I have no issues. But I would try uninstalling, then reboot, then install again.
