I have worked with Central American refugees that had to walk two miles to get water - but they were far cleaner than many Americans I have worked with. Where do they poop? Most likely along side of the road in the weeds or bushes, where - it may shock you to learn - a large percentage of the world's people poop. Are you suggesting that George Soros is following the caravan with toilets and washrooms? So many right-wing bigots are afraid of immigrants because the immigrants are often harder working than the nutbags that criticize them. I had a patient a few years ago that ran a roofing company. He told me that he could not stay in business without immigrant workers, who were often the only ones who would show up on time ready to get to work while his "regular" workers would frequently not show up or arrive late with what seemed to be a hangover..
