I have been using it for quite a while now, but I had to learn to use a very light touch. I don't accept its automatic re-do, but I work around the eyes first, and then the mouth. The changes are mildly flattering, and don't yield the plastic look that some of my earliest efforts yielded. I just bought the most recent iteration, and it is excellent. For studio portrait work I recommend it highly!

Anyone familiar with, or use, PortraitPro?
I primarily use LR (& PS when I need to...although I’m not very advanced with PS).
Great program if used sparingly.

I've used Portrait Pro for quite some time. It's great for making corrections such as whitening teeth, smoothing problem complexions and enhancing eyes and highlights in hair. As easily as it can enhance a person's features, it can also distort and it can completely change their look to the point where it is non comparable to the subject or obviously overdone so take great care when using it. Most people want their portrait to resemble them but kindly and not to the point where it doesn't look like the same person.
Go to the website and download a free trial.
I use it as a PS PlugIn, find it does well for what it should be used for; just don't overdo it.....
