Okay the error script error states 'images.goggles.com/maps ......... unable to read' I checked by programs and Goggle Map is not installed. Microsoft Map is installed so would this make a difference? Did a search and I guess issues with Goggle Map and Windows 10. Could this be the problem?
I'm not sure why Google Maps would cause a problem. I know PaintShop Pro can map where you took each photo, but, it shouldn't error if it doesn't find Google Maps. If it does, that's bad software development.
My suggestion is to try installing the free Google Maps from the Internet, rebooting your computer and then try to reinstall PaintShop Pro.
The last link insinuates that it is a Google Maps issue, related to old software. I still think you should upgrade to Paintshop Pro Ultimate 2019.
