You're welcome, Tom. He was setting up a new monitor, but I don't know if that had anything to do with the hard drive crashing.

Thanks, Donna. I hope he had everything on a back up drive. I lost everything back 18 years ago and still miss some of the items lost.

You're welcome, Greg. Not sure about whether he had his data backed up, but I don't think so. I've been through a couple or more computer crashes too. It can be a nightmare.

When I read the post I thought to myself, "Earl, who's Earl?". I checked the User List for an 'Earl' but came up with some guy who has been a member since 2011 and hasn't posted anything. So that couldn't be the 'Earl' Donna is referring to. Then I thought, "maybe it's that guy in Australian that posts a lot of photos and drone videos, I think he's an Earl". What is his handle? Oh, yeah, 'Dook'. That's him.
Hope he's back up soon. I like his photos and the drone videos of Australia. I remember he posted that he lost his drone a few months ago, it flew away and crashed in the ocean or something. He did get another one since then.
