I am using using the full latest version of LR from the subscription model on a Mac. I setup a Smart collection with only 2 Rules and the Match set for All. One Rule is rating greater or equal to 4 stars, and the second Rule is set to the Source being a collection of a given name. The Smart collection is pulling in photos with a rating of 4 stars from another collection not corresponding to the name specified in the rule, in addition to photos from the correct collection name. I am a relatively new LR user and this is my first attempt to use Smart Collections. I appreciate any input from experienced users on what I am doing wrong. Many thanks!

I apologize. I just figured out my mistake. In my Second rule for the source where I choose Collection I also selected Contains instead of Contains All. The other collection the Smart collection was pulling photos in from contained one of the words in the name so it correctly was pulling in photos from that collection as well. Rookie error. Sorry for wasting anyone’s time who may have already read my post.

First rule should be "Collection" + "Contains All" + "Bird World"
The third item is of course the name of the collection you are referring to.

Second rule should be "Rating" + "is greater than or equal to" "* * * *"

The "Contains All" is probably in your set of rules "Contains"
