Hey all. I updated to Photoshop 2019 and have hit a snag. I cannot find the center point locator when cropping an image. I have looked online everywhere I know to look and cannot find how to make that appear. Anybody know how to do this?

Try this:

Go to Edit > Transform > Rotate
On the toolbar at the top of the screen the third icon from the left is "Toggle Reference Point", check this and the centre point will appear on your image.
Now click the hand tool or something else to come out of the transform screen and click the crop tool. the centre point should be there.
