Starting twirling my Antelope Canyon photos again. I like the a-symmetrical designs more than purely centered symmetry.
Makes me a little dizzy. Colors are great.
I change the aspect ratio from camera 3:2 to poster size 5:4 and I've printed out about 10 already on styrene plastic at 16x20 on metallic paper. The problem with metallic paper is that it's easily scratched off. This weekend I started coating them with acrylic resin. The trick is getting all the bubbles out. I micro part a and part b separately then mix them and it gets most of the bubbles out before I pour. Still have to deal with micro bubbles with a torch. The colors really pop with the metallic paper and resin. Maybe I should offer Dramamine if I offer any showings.
This can become addicting.
This is one of the photos I'm using to twirl. For some reason the Antelope Canyon photos produce the best colors. I've tried using landscape photos and do not get anywhere near the color variation.
