Your reaction, Ken, --'I've got to return!!-- is much the same as others have expressed who've been there. And its very much the same as my own was that first time. It may be why I've returned as many times as I have. Canyon de Chelley a very special place --one could almost say magical--, and you've captured that rightly and well.

Bob: Wish I could tag along on your next trip (would even try to carry "some" of your large format gear!) --
Sometime in early November we plan on a quick trip out to Death Valley --
The last time I was @ that Special Place my camera was loaded-up with Provia F - 100
Cany: Your Oh so right this place is Very Special -- One of the many Special & Magical places to visit & enjoy in our South West --

I walked down the canyon and through a natural tunnel to the valley floor. We waded the stream and continued to White House ruin which is a two story structure at the base of a magnificent rock cliff. You are right, the canyon is mystical and my dream is to return and take a Jeep trip through the whole valley.
