How I spent my summer.
I drove to a lot of places I've never been before and some I did see before. These are a couple things I found on road bound to nowhere. They were processed in After Shot Pro 3 and Paintshop Pro. The B&W had a lot of editing. I removed a bunch of reflector posts and a mailbox. I also took out a telephone pole and all the wires. I did the black and white processing in Nik Silver EFEX Pro. The derelict car didn't get much work, mostly some cropping and color temp change. I didn't switch the white balance from fluorescent to sunshine. Thank you for viewing.
Makes one wonder what the story is behind the old car. I find that interesting.
Well, legend had it that it was used as target practice by frustrated elk hunters. You will notice how close they stood, so they didn't miss. That's bs...I really don't know the car's history, but I do have some more images of it. it was totally abused for sure. I fell down a lot to get the pictures. I fell in a dry creek bed, that I was hope wasn't full of rattlesnakes. I think this spot used to be a community dump. There were other pieces of junk laying around. Most the good stuff stripped off many years ago.
