Wet, Windy Weather; Cranky Cornfield Cranes

Very windy yesterday, with squally showers. This seemed to make the Cranes rather cranky, as they strutted around the cornfields, attempting to fill their crops.

I would crop out the third bird to give emphasis to the “kiss”. He is a distraction.

Thanks All, for your kind comments. I love photographing these birds; they are very cute and just shy enough that they can be a major challenge to get good, sharp portraits.
