Any one on here use this? Can I remove glare and flares in glasses with this program?
Canon DPP is not a very sophisticated editing program. I don't believe you can do this type of manipulation with it.

Don't think so. I'm just getting used to it. Very good for quick simple edits though. Latest version is more comprehensive - 4.8.30.

There is a cloning tool in DPP using image content from elsewhere in the same image, but the results will tend to be inferior to more powerful tools that are content aware such as PhotoShop or Lightroom. The actual result will depend on the complexity of the correction and your skill as an editor. Personally, I wouldn't bother to attempt an edit on a person's glasses within an image using DPP.
DPP's shadow/hilight tool is very effective.
The settings, however, are global. You are looking to isolate a portion of the picture and only edit it. DPP is not the tool for that IMHO.

Certainly not easily if at all. DPP is a competent but fairly basic editing program.

I have tried it, and found it not very useful. So I switched to Luminar for normal and Aurora for HDR.
