I need a relatively inexpensive <$75 suitable for a Nikon d7200 with a <2 pound lens. Suggestions. Tons of straps listed on all on line camera stores but I need suggestions from people who use the straps they recommend.
Look at Optech. Their products are a system, use the camera's strap lugs, and are made in the USA.
I see you are a new member. Learn how to use the search function as this topic has been discussed ad neauseum. Having said that, I've been using Op-tech straps for 30 years. Very comfortable, stretchy, made from wetsuit material. Never had one break.
I have a Canon with an 18-200 zoom that is probably in 2 LB range and I really like OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap.
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017U7T6A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I t is only $21. I like it because I also have a Sigma 150-600 big lens and you can get loops with buckles that the strap can disconnect from the camera and change to the lens with the same strap. It is very comfortable and easy to switch. Good luck
I am in the Op-tech camp, got mine my cameras and lenses were getting heavier. I love it.

If you are looking for a neck strap Capturing Couture has a large selection of designs and colors. If you are looking for a sling strap Optech/USA is a good choice.

Nothing better than Optech, and fantastic pricing too.

Op/Tech USA. I use their neck straps for both my D7200 and D500.
I'm partial to the Peak Design Slide. Like the quick release buttons and the strap is well built and reasonably comfortable. Use it for birding with a D500 or D7200 body and a 15-600mm lens. Its comfortable enough for those long hikes around lakes.

Another vote for Optech, light & versatile.

I love the OP/TECH straps. Everything interconnects with everything else, and they make a huge variety of products.

I like black rapid if I am shooting one camera for a short time. But most of the time, If I am shooting one camera, I do not bother. I shoot in Florida wildlife preserves and want my camera ready at all times.
That said I also like the Spider holster and use it all the time if I am shooting two camera's because I have nothing over my shoulder, I walk a lot and do not want my shoulder hurting and that will happen with the black rapid after a while.
This is the one I use for two camera's.
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/762494-REG/SPIDER_HOLSTER_100_SpiderPro_Single_Camera_System.htmlSpider has also come out with a special unit that fits the tripod collar of my 70-200 and 500 5.6 and 200-500 f5.6 lenses. And yes, the spider holster makes me feel like a western TV gun slinger. Distributes the weight nicely. By the way, you walk with this holster, not run.
