Making Art with Photoshop & Filters

I am not very proficient in Photo Shop, so I think that this posting can show that anyone can create something in Photo Shop. The first image is of a flower I took that I found boring. I started to put it thru a filter in Photoshop, (you can see some of the changes on the image..) However I didn't like that either. So I decided to turn the image into an abstract piece of art. The second one is the results of some painting and filters in Photoshop. Finally I just thought "why not completely abstract?" The third image is the result...
