Using Aurora HDR 2019 to PP this After image. The Before image is adjusted using LR Classic. Question: Am I too strong using the sharpen tool (at about 75-80) that causes the distinct hard edge around the monuments? Thanks for your CC.

I use 55 but looks good to me.HDR image looks good.
Have you tried using the LR masking slider for the sharpening process? I too am in the 50-65 range on the amount slider, but it does depend in the camera, lens, file type and a variety of factors. Coming back to masking, if you hold the <ALT> key when moving the sharpening masking slider, you get a B&W ghost of the image and can see where the sharpening is applied and 'mask' down to just the details. The version attached is over done for the details of the bush in the foreground.
But the fix for the buttes in the background is Lens Corrections. First enable Remove Chromatic Aberration and Enable Profile Corrections. Select lens your type. Then on the manual tab, click the dropper and click first the purple the vertical sides of the mitten. Then, click the dropper again and come back into the image and click the green around the top.

Good job, the foreground really pops out in the HDR pic, thanks!!
There is some chromatic aberration around the one on the right side. This is a beautiful image and I'm envious. But since you asked there is some aberration on the right butte. Maybe LR can take it out, I don't know. No one would notice without using the zoom function. It's probably something not worth worrying about.
