Lingering Flowers

There is a small plot of land that is dedicated to flowers. These are the last, remaining two. The water drops are from recent rain. The temperature is starting to drop down into the 30's, the lowest being at about 32 F. Brrrrrrrrr.....

Nice. Evening primrose is still blooming here, as well. I saw one Harebell bloom yesterday, one Chickweed bloom. Asters and Goldenrod are just about done, too.
Does this mean...winter??!?

Sis, I like the photo and remember Spring is just around the corner, well maybe more like 6 months away.

Still awfully pretty! First frost for us possible this weekend. Hauled in the outdoor houseplants, but it may be goodbye to everything else for the year. : (
