What a great shot. The pose says "I'm about to move again, you got me just in time".

I don't think the bird is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. There is too much yellow in the wings and tail and this bird is missing the white eye ring. The beak says it's a warbler, not a vireo but beyond that I am totally lost. I hate fall warblers.

According to my bird guides, it is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. The crown is sometimes hidden on the male.

I am so impressed with this photo; usually these birds are so high in the trees it's near impossible to get a good photo of them. Thank you--it's beautiful!

Yes I say Ruby-crown too. The eye ring is there, just faint at that angle and lighting. Note that the eye ring does not completely encompass the eye, mostly just front and back. The yellow is also coming out more strongly, but the markings are correct. Take a look at this pic from allaboutbirds.org:

BTW, excellent capture. The only thing that could make it better is if it were displaying the ruby-crown, which is rare and hard to get.
