Mr. DePuy, please tell us, where is that rock tower with the US flag located? While I have a bad case of acrophobia, I would love to visit that observation point!

This is my favorite dog image.
And for Stan, the flagpole is at Chimney Rock in NC, near Lake Lure (which can be seen in the background) and not far from Ashville. In the same park is a dual waterfall that was filmed in the movie "The Last Mochican" with Daniel Day-Lewis.

Thanks, Bob. I’ve been on that road to Lake Lure and have seen Chimney Rock from there, but didn’t recognize it from the photos viewpoint. Next time I’m over that way I’ll make a point to go to the top!
