I am a pretend photographer that loves taking macro and wildlife. I have a Pentex K110D. I'm cheap. What is the recommendation for a dedicated macro lense in the affordable dept? THE CLOSEST i NOW HAVE IS A sIGMA 28-80 1.3.5-5.8 II macro. Should this and few more smarts take good pictures in macro?

Sorry, but there is no cheap dedicated macro lens...what you have is not a macro. A few years ago, I bought an older Canon 100mm2.8 dedicated macro lens (400.00)and it has paid for itself one hundred fold. I shoot with a Canon 7 d. The new macro lenses offer IS which is not really necessary as most of the time one uses a tripod for macro work. You should be able to find one for your camera if you shop around and preferably from a source where you can try it out. Got mine on Craigs List. good luck!
