The whole thing is a set up.

August 7th she takes a polygraph with two questions that she knows ahead of time. She stated in testimony, she knew nothing about polygraphs, and never taken one or coached anyone to take a polygraph. She lied. Her ex boyfriend says she did coach on how to take a polygraph.

Normally a polygraph is administered by a stranger and you do not know the questions. Her examiner said he spent more that 3 hours talking to her before the test.

Why was she doing a polygraph almost two full months before giving the letter to Feinstein?

This well educated woman said with big innocent eyes that she had no idea how to get ahold of her state senator. Google....and she can't figure out how to contact them.

She also took the polygraph and innocently said "I don't know who is paying for it". Really she is that stupid?

Weeks later she gives her child like letter to her rep and then on to Feinstein who sits on it for weeks.

After confirmation hearings are complete and the dems know Kav has the v**es to be confirmed, the dems spring the letter.

Democrats were actively soliciting women to come forward and make claims against Kavanaugh.

Democrats turned the process into a s**t show circus for the world to see.....all because they don't want a conservative judge.

And in case you missed it the people Ford says were there say they were not there.

These women would want us to believe that Kavanaugh was a sexual abuser of women, a gang rapist who drugged women in college who got away with it every time.....but for some reason he just stopped, cold turkey. And for some reason none of the dozens of women who were raped told parents, friends or police. Swetnick was in college attending high school parties???? That doesn't happen. So Swetnick continued to attend these parties until finally she was raped. And she said nothing.....UNTIL NOW. Serial rapists do not stop as they gain power and fame, Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer and all the others are prime examples. More power, more rape.

Is this the standard you dems want? An accusation makes you guilty and proof is not needed.

I don't know and neither do you. The point is that none of us know beyond any doubt that either Ford or Kavanaugh are telling the t***h. Anyone who claims to be absolutely sure is simply believing what they wish to be true based on their ideology.

You're correct, we don't know what's the t***h. Unless something drastically changes, we'll never know the t***h.

I ask you, if everything about the alleged attack was true, would it have garnered an arrest the night it happened? Probably not. Even at that point, it would have been a he said she said and Ford's already stated there was no injury. Her parents and friends certainly didn't pick up on her distress at the time. For CBF, everything was OK for 30 years. She didn't tell what happened to her best friend who according to Ford was at the party. Having two teenage daughters, that fact in itself is pretty unfathomable. Their best friends know everything.


Here's what I think.

CBF was assaulted or heard of a friend who was assaulted some time as a teenager. If she was the victim she got over it because it was not serious, a glorified wrestling match where she ultimately prevailed. Year's later, when she wanted to get her way with some house renovations she brought the incident up in a counseling session as leverage against her husband. At that point that was the only reason to mention it.

Being a pro life activist, it occurred to her sometime this July that she was uniquely positioned to throw a wrench in the works of Kavanaugh's confirmation. She could be a hero. She was enough of a contemporary of Kavanaugh that their meeting would be believable and she had her therapist's notes stating an assault occurred while she was in high school. That was all she needed to get the ball rolling. She was quite a bit younger than Kavanaugh and her school really didn't hang out with his school but she could twist facts to make it work.

The main damning point here stems from her best friend. Leland Keyser was her bestie. They were both the same age and so they both needed to rely on others to get around. They went to a lot of functions together and yet Leland never, ever met Kavanaugh. Keyser categorically denies meeting him even after Ford puts her in the same house at the same party the afternoon that the assault took place. A party with just 6 people. Leland Keyser is also a staunch democrat and so she has no reason to lie for Kavanaugh. You have to wonder if Ford listed her as a witness thinking Keyser would have her back.

The second damning point is Ford's level of detail has increased as time goes on. The date window has narrowed, the list of attendees has firmed up, etc. How convenient. It's interesting to note that her initial story said the assault happened in her late teens. Since you're not a teen until your 13, I would think late teens would be 17+ That would be when Kavanaugh was at Yale. Its also interesting that many of the details that have been added to her story since the first letter are available in Judge's book. Couple this tidbit with the fact that her lawyers are ultra political hacks, and the smear job becomes evident. She stated before the committee that the polygraph seemed to last forever. The actual tape of the polygraph is just a couple of minutes long. Did she take it until she passed? Was it an open book test, LOL.
