Turns out much to no ones surprise that Trump lied about the value of Daddy Trumps initial investment. But Daddy did not just give the “self made man” the original gift which was never paid back ( surprise ) but continued to support him thru his fifties. Donny would lose the money and Daddy would replace it ( by hook or by crook).
What is interesting though is that Trump is not really much of a big businessman. If he had just taken Daddy’s bucks and bought bonds, he would have a larger fortune than he claims to have now.
Of course we know that after he found Jesus and became an evangelical he just continued to work at losing money to provide jobs for the thousands of people he cared about. He also was liberal enough to make sure he gave money to all those lawyers who kept him out of trouble with his porn stars. He was even so thoughtful that after his wife gave birth, he knew sex was uncomfortable for her with that little toadstool so he found playmates and porn stars to relieve his urges. So thoughtful.
