When I say the nation judges and v**es, I mean everyone involved in this spectacle is under intense national scrutiny and being judged. It's bigger than Kav.

I don't think I've ever said the man is guilty here. He probably is but that doesn't matter now. Brett Kavanaugh has shown himself, under pressure, to be volatile, emotional, partisan, (in the extreme shock troop sense), with conspiracy theories. This man is unfit for the big time.

Why don't you have a presumption of innocence? Wouldn't you want a friend or family member to be presumed innocent unless evidence (EVIDENCE) surfaces to change your mind. Not allegations, but evidence. ANY innocent person would react the way Kav did is the way I see it. He is outraged and that does not mean he is unqualified or has bad temperament.
