FBI's Comey says 'no reasonable prosecutor' would bring a case against Clinton for emails

Outside counsel tells Republican senators 'reasonable prosecutor' would not bring Ford case against Kavanaugh

These two quotes are very similar! Did they bring about the same result?

"Did" they bring the same results? Since the Kavanaugh investigation is still ongoing, "did" makes zero sense.

Clinton was exonerated at statement despite evidence. Kavanaugh investigation continued despite no evidence. That is what makes "zero sense".

Contrary to the contention that there is "no evidence", there is an eye witness account. Frequently considered to be "evidence".

Based on what I know he's right. That's probably no charges have been brought. What's your point?

You know damn well you wouldn't want her on the court. Different things have different standards. You used to seem like someone interested in the t***h. People your age don't usually change. What's the deal?

When I was about 14 years old, I took in my first horse to train for money. My father said, "Son, never get off a winning horse."

I still follow that advice.

Unless Maryland picks up this case, it has long since passed statute of limitations (Maryland has no such law for sexual abuse against minors). Not remotely the same. Besides Kavanaugh is not facing any type of prosecution. It's a job interview.

" It's a job interview." Mike

Very dodgy emotional and stability optics for a would be big time judge.

Ford is the plaintiff not the witness.

I disagree. His career, his reputation and his family is on the line. He is not being a judge in the present hearing. Guilty until proven innocent is not the law of the constitution.

The stuff he's made of was on display for the world to see. Dr Ford showed more grit and she's just a girl.
