Frank, I have used B and C Camera in Las Vegas at 4511 Sahara Ave. I like them. Sometimes they can match NY camera companies; however, you cannot get away from the local sales tax.

B &C in Las Vegas. When on vacation, I took my camera to them when spots showed up on my sensor. They were fast and thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Sorry, I live in Michigan, never have been to San Francisco Bay area, but I would like to visit one day and come on a Amtrak Train thru the "rocky Mountains".

I agree with B&Ccamara on Sahara in las vegas.the store is the biggest camara store I have ever been in.good luck.

I used to shop at San Jose Camera. Not 100% sure it is still there, but it was 5 years ago. My favorite, K&S, closed a while back. Best of luck.

Mike's Camera. They started in Colorado and are still here. They match internet pricing from legitimate sites, but you have to support the local government by paying the local government's sales taxes.
