Photoshop Digital Frame Actions

During my time here on UUH, I have received numerous emails asking how i create the Frames and matting around my images.
I created these in Photoshop by recording a set of actions. Each step is quite complex and can be time consuming.
To show my appreciation for all the kind comments I have received, I have now made them available direct from my website.

I just purchased the frames from your site through Paypal and then downloaded and extracted them. That file type will not open on my computer (Windows 7) or in Photoshop Elements 10.
I watched the video and see you are using the Photoshop CS program so I guess they don't work in Elements.
Please advice or refund my money through

Not sure about CS3 but CS4 will be fine
