This lens is immaculate as I was unable to use it shortly after purchasing it. I bought this in early spring of 2016 and only took a few images with it, one is shown in this ad. The asking price for this lens with the users guide and soft lens case that came with it is $1,050.00. I will pay for the shipping via Fedex and the insurance, as for payment I prefer PayPal but will except money orders and your personal check but they must clear first. PM me if you are interested.

What you will ACCEPT (not except) is beyond my financial means, but am in awe of the very sharp focus and depth of field. Very handsome brute.

Looks good Jack. I only wish I could afford it. May I make a suggestion. The bear photo was meant to highlight the lens, but the over-sharpening makes one wonder if it was needed to make the lens look sharper than it is. IMHO.

Not to change the subject of the post, but I’m curious how one can tell if the image has been processed or is unprocessed from the camera/lense

The only way I know of would be if I could send the Nikon raw file as a Nef. but the file would be huge and as far as I know I can't send it that way.

I sharpen all my wildlife photos particularly the eyes that is what makes them sell in the galleries.

I sharpen and print large prints up to 44 " wide and 40 foot long if needed never had to print over 8 feet , on my own canon printer , you need to get better sharpening program like Perfect resize by On1 used to called Genuine Fractals cause that effect in the backgroud is horrible ....It still is a great lens the lens is capable of a whole lot more , really just get a better output program...

We all were at one time , years ago when I heard that digital had reached new levels around 6 megapixels I wanted to learn Photoshop and go from film to digital I started learning on CS1 , 2 years later got my first digital a Nikon D200 when it came out improved ever since...first book I bought Was Adobe Camera Raw ...helped me a lot....
