While I have my own general dislike for ink, it balances the photo quite nicely here.
Re: the wrist restraints, she must be a "willing" participant, because she could easily open the link. But maybe that is supposed to happen in the game... she suddenly changes from submissive to dominant. To me, that all plays into my positive view of this photo, because the story goes well beyond what we see presented.

Like photo, lighting, pose, coloring, ink and handcuffs (blue color adds to the photo). Dislike the mouth bit because it doesn't improve the photo and looks more like a kid's toy versus adult toy.

Not into bondage images nor am I a fan of ink. Other than that I think the photograph is properly composed and exposed.
