OK, now anybody know how to fix something like this in PSE. I'm at a loss for ideas.

The blondes left arm and top of her head, the brunettes right arm, and the guy in the middles right shoulder all had a small amount of red CA. Not enough to really worry about, but this can be easily fixed in CS2 with 'lens correction filter' with "Fix Red/Cyan fringe" set at about +12 (don't really need the RAW image to do this).

EDIT: Sorry, originally uploaded the wrong attachment, fixed now (deleted it and uploaded correct one)

What halo? I don't see anything. Maybe it's me.

Depending on your software, try smoothing the edges that should element them.

I see the haloing you're talking about. It does look like somebody tried to correct some chromatic aberation, but couldn't quite get it. You've got some graininess issues too. Not sure if you can do much with it unless you can get the original image. Hopefully it was shot in raw.

After looking at the full sized image, this is not CA. Notice the right side is unaffected, only the left. The amount of noise in this image is unacceptable, for a DSLR @ ISO 400.

This is flair caused by a dirty lens/sensor, or the exposure was too high, resulting in contrast blooming. Which is it?, I can't tell you from here.

Or it maybe just time for a new camera, for some reason the noise level is just way too high. My G12 under those same light conditions, even @ ISO 1600 would not display that much noise. No I can't prove it, just take my word for it. :)

I don't see any halos either. However I have an example for you of aberration. This is with my Tamron 28-200 lens and this will show you why I don't shoot with it hardly ever.

This is cropped way beyond extreme but it illustrates what
aberration I get with this lens. Look at the sharp edges on the old card - you'll notice the pink outline or halo.

i only have photoshop complete, not elements, but Google is your friend - here's an elements tutorial for fixing CA (with examples) >> http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/video/removing-chromatic-aberration-with-elements/

What did you reduce, looks like a load of detail. I ran it through Topaz Denoise 5, and got a lot of noise reduction, with some loss of detail but not much. But that still does not eliminate the blooming problem, which I have just renamed.

Ok; ran this through Topaz DeNoise 5, Reduced the highlights in PSE, gave it a lottle pop in Topaz Adjust 5. Much better, but still no popsicle, the contrast bloom is still there although noticeably reduced .
