Photographer joke

I have so enjoyed the jokes, puns, and funny stories that have been posted. Here is one that was my Dad’s favorite from back in the 1930's. I hesitated at first, but then that old saying I heard in the Navy kicked in: “a letter of reprimand is better than no mail at all” and said why not, so here goes.
A traveling photographer was going from town to town in the mid-Southern states, taking portraits for a dime. These two girls saw his sign and decided to get a photograph. The photographer posed them in their Sunday finest, and stepped back behind his old view camera, placing the dark cloth over his head. As he did this, one girl asked the other, “what is he doing?” The other answered, “he’s going to focus”, to which the first girl exclaimed, “both-us?”

The photographer was at the beach, waiting for just the right moment to take a picture of the most beautiful sunset he'd ever seen. All of a sudden, he heard screams from over the water. He looked around, and saw an overturned boat being tossed around in the waves with 3 people clinging on, screaming for help.
As he looked more closely, he realized they were Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi. The photographer was a good swimmer, but could possibly save only ONE of the three.
He was faced with the most difficult decision of his life. He quickly made his choice: He photographed the sunset in COLOR.
