There has been a veritable flurry of news about Rod R. starting late last week. Let's see if we can make sense of it.

He was one of the longest serving US Attorneys when T***p w*n. As is customary, the new AG, Jeff Sessions, asked virtually all the US Attorneys to resign, including Rod, but Trump intervened and saved Rod.

President Trump proposed Rod to be DAG and he was confirmed almost unanimously. This occurred after the stunning victory of President Trump when the left was still in shock but the FBI and DOJ were putting their "insurance policy" into effect.

Rod is the one who wrote the memo about firing Comey. He also signed off on the third and final FISA renewal that allowed the FBI to spy on President Trump through Carter Page. When Comey was fired, Rodney decided to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Russia h**x and selected Bob "crooked cop" Mueller as the SC. Rod gave Mueller secret instructions and Mueller was off to the races, chasing shadows. Rod also personally approved the dawn raid on Cohen's house and office.

We have long suspected that Rod was a member of the cabal at the DOJ and FBI that has worked so hard to exonerate Hillary and frame Trump and try to reverse the e******n results, by any means necessary.

Last week a story surfaced that placed Rod in a bad light; it was reported that Rod made comments about wearing a wire to secretly record conversations with President Trump and to try to invoke the 25th amendment to have President Trump removed from office. Rod violently dinies all that, but using the Dims standard of investigation, if someone made the charge, it must be true.

Also last week, President Trump ordered the release of unredacted documents that people have been wanting to see for a long time, especially the final FISA renewal, the one with Rod's name and signature on it. As expected the swamp revolted, they did not want their shenanigans splashed all over the news, and that includes Rod. Two US allies, ostensibly the UK and Australia, have asked Trump to not release the documents because of "national security." The UK was asking because Christopher Steele, the one who concocted the Trump Dossier is MI6 (there is no such thing as ex-MI6.) So they wanted to protect their malfeasance in the investigation. Australia is probably the other ally, because of Downer who is an Australian diplomat. There is probably more than meets the eye with Downer, I would not be surprised to find out he was a spy of sorts. Anyway, he's the one who triggered the Papadopoulos investigation and I think Australia does not want people to know how that came about.

In other words, there is not "national security" issues, there's national CYA going on.

President Trump countermanded his order to release, but in doing so he gained huge leverage on Rod, MI6 and the Australians. They now know that he knows and he controls their destiny so to speak. He's got them by the short hairs. If Rod goes, the Mueller investigation will be imperiled because whoever takes over, as long as they are not a member of the cabal, will immediately see the SC for what he is and terminate the investigation. Rod is providing cover for Mueller and if Rod goes, Mueller won't be far behind. The big problem for Rod is that he has done a lot of very bad things and is probably in jeopardy. Same with Mueller. They are now at the mercy of President Trump, as I said; huge leverage.

Yesterday, Rod went to the White House for a pre-scheduled meeting, but of course, the clueless media all thought he was going there to get fired or hand in his resignation. That was not to be.

President Trump is in New York this week, kicking ass at the UN and so Rod has a meeting with President Trump on Thursday. In the meantime, other denizens of the swamp are in a panic. They now realize their little scheme has been totally uncovered and they are praying that Rod will save them. Andrew McCabe has threatened to take down the rest of the gang if he goes down. Spoiler alert, he is going down. Hard.

President Trump can release the documents whenever he wants and Rod and the others know that; so they will be walking a very fine line. It remains to be seen what President Trump does, but let's keep in mind that he is VERY vindictive.

Actually little Jeff sessions demanded Rod be his Deputy as he wanted an entrenched bureaucrat to help him through the swamp.
