Critters: I have been raising Monarch butterflies recently. first I found a monarch butterfly caterpillar at a milkweed patch, then watched while it changed into a beautiful chrysalis. Then within the chrysalis I could see a folded up Monarch butterfly. Yesterday the butterfly came out, wet with its wings folded up. then the beautiful critter opened its full wing span! Wow! amazing!
My new hatched Monarch finally opened its wings its full wing span. Two more butterflies came out of their chrysalis overnight. Today I shall take my three butterflies back to the milkweed patch where I had found them and release them. It has been a wonderful adventure!
