Saw one of these sailing past the Capitol building in Sacramento - they were having a blast - no alcohol- soon after I found out one of my grandsons was a "driver" on one that was a promotion "ride" at special events for a brewery in Eugene, OR. He said No Drunk riders allowed.

Milwaukee has them, too. Called the Pedal Tavern. Owned by a bar on the south side, 3 of them.
