There are now at least three women with accusations against Brett Kavanaugh. The infamous Michael Avenatti has not only an
Abused victim but separate witnesses. You may not like Avenatti but he has proven to be factual in a court of law. Time for Kavanaugh to go home to his quiet little life and reflect on if his ego and drive for power were worth it to his daughters. They will never need a court of law to see what their father really thought of women. Waiting in prey for drunk young students and then attacking them to show off to his copilot. Great stories for the coach to tell his team.

Let's take a look at this Rac.
1. Lying to the FBI is a felony.
2. The accuser wants an FBI investigation, Kavanaugh and his friend do not.
3. Lying to the Senate is a felony.
4. The accuser will talk to the Senate this Thursday.
5. Kavanaugh's friend who was alleged to be there will not.
6. More survivors are coming forward.
7. Kavanaugh produces a 1982 calendar which has no entry that he attended a party or molested anyone.
8. Sixty-five women are identified as women he didn't molest.
I would say that at this point there is reasonable grounds to believe that a crime was committed and that Kavanaugh committed it, yet the GOP lead Senate refuses to do their job.

Since I used the legal term “conviction”, here is the definition “ a formal declaration that someone is guilty of a criminal offense, made by the verdict of a jury or the decision of a judge in a court of law.“. This was not done. It does not need to be done by his children because they already know his guilt. His wife is also aware of his guilt. Congress is also aware of his guilt and that is one of many reasons they only released 7% of the material gathered during their investigation. I declared him “guilty” but never said he was convicted. In the same way that for 20 years Bill Cosby was guilty even before final conviction.
I am sure that most of this will go over your uneducated head but it will not matter. He will be gone and for the price of a few drinks, you can probably see his and Trumps mushrooms if that is what you are into.

If everything we have heard so far is true, he probably could have survived this by either showing or faking some contrition, but that isn't what he did.
