I'm impressed with the photo as well as with the solidity and lack of vibration in the ship's deck. I would have expected see more evidence of camera movement being carried up from the deck through the tripod due to the ship's generators , water desalination plants, refrigerators and other moving or reciprocating equipment and the subtle vibrations that even well balanced equipment can cause.
