This Challenge is geared toward the Traveler in us all,
I don't know about all of you, but I have certain places out on the Highways to and from my destinations,
that I like to pull over and just look at and or Photograph the View at different times of the year..
Scenic Overlooks if you will..

The Image Below is from the Ridge overlooking Palo Duro Canyon, outside Amarillo, Texas.

This is Weaver's Needle, along the Peralta Trail in the Superstition Mountains, near Apache Junction, Arizona.

This is probably my favorite overlook view on my 2017 vacation out west; for a title, I called it "Canyon Land". I took the picture with a rented Nikon D4 I rented from a camera shop using a Tamron 15 to 30 2.8 ultra wide lens. This is the first time I have submitted a photo anywhere for others to comment on. If you look real close at the lowest part of the road going down-hill there is a van travelling the road. The canyon is about 800 feet below where I am standing.

Canyon Lands, Moab, UT

...this from the highest point on CA Hwy 58. You are looking toward Bakersfield, behind me is the road to Carrizo Plain Nat. Park. This was a couple of years ago, when we had more rain then *ever* and a "super bloom" was created.
