Link on a website stopped working

I have a Shutterfly free site that has been working fine for a few years. Now I have a problem. When I click on the link to sign in as a member of our group, instead of getting a dialogue box to enter my membership details, nothing happens. Other group members can sign in from their computers with no problem. And I can sign in on a different computer, but not on my main one. I've installed Norton antivirus and run a scan, clearing up a few issues in the process, but this problem is still there. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?
Any help would be appreciated.
PS I have tried sending a message to Shutterfly, but with no response. I suspect the problem is not their end anyway.

Perhaps it would help to use a different browser, or to clear out your browser's cache.

Or clear the cookies for that site.

I cleared both cache and cookies, with no change, but switching to Chrome did the trick. Many thanks!

Yes, I thought it was odd - I can't recall having problems with Firefox before.
