Does anyone have or know of a used Tamron Mark 2 10 - 24 mm VC lens that they would be willing to sell?

I just checked the online stores that have excellent service/prices for the lens with canon mount -
So, as of 5:00pm central time -
KEH has a used one
B&H has a used one
Cameta Camera - they are not showing any on hand
Adorama - they are not showing any on hand

I did find it on B+H and it was an 8+.
Although I know there is a 30 day window in which to return new items, do you know if this applies to used goods?
