I'm with you Harvey. Carrying a wade of cash alone in some parking lot, meeting a total stranger is bad news. Or, have someone in another car parked in the lot with a video camera, and gun. The police warn us in New Orleans about this kind of arrangement.

Meeting in another place, besides someone's home, isn't bad. I have sold a lot of things via Craigslist and I don't want people knowing where I live.
I'm also a Cash guy ~ to many rubber checks / stolen checks around. And to quote Dave Ramsey "Cash is King!"
But, I also make sure it is a place that is very active - WITH SECURITY CAMERAS !!
Just check everything out before giving over any cash. And listen to your gut.
