I got my Marumi CPLs and tried one out this morning. Big difference! It also made the sky a deeper blue, but this is a more dramatic comparison.

Prune the tree to so you could see the road.

Thanks, Jerry - since a polarizer thread several days ago had been on my mind just how to verify what I said - in summary, that a polarizer had use for other than deepening the blue of a sky

Funny you should say that. Every year I have to prune the bushes at the end of the road so I can see what's coming from the left. Otherwise, I'd have to pull halfway out into the road to see.

This is a fine example of why I wont drive with anything but polarized sun-glasses in sunny & bright/wet conditions
Years ago I had (actually still have) an old Nikon EM 35mm that one the best investments I bought for it was a CP filter. Didn't need or want it all the time, but when I neeed it, I really needed it. Hope you enjoy!!
