Actually, that's more appealing!
Haha Paul, this is the first reply to get me to smile and laugh. Well Paul, four pages so far and many of the replies are from members I do net even recall seeing(reading/replying) before.
If his intent is to evoke something, well he kicked up some dust didn't he.
Bruce.
Simply put I do not like this

Personally I feel this is one of the most beautiful pieces of photographic nude art I've ever created.
The model is unorthodox as is the genre of Shibari.
On the heels of my last discussion, I'd like to know WHAT and HOW you feel/think about this piece?
I'm glad to answer anything you might ask(when I'm here)

Ok Shooter you asked, I hesitated but after 4 pages now and interesting replies I thought I would throw mine in here too, you want like it but you asked.
I enjoyed reading the all the replies more than your image.
Your view of Art in this theme is not mine, to me it is just not interesting at all regardless of the photography aspects and quality of the image.
Ok so your aim is to push the boundaries, so what, you kicked up a little dust for today, what is your objective and goal by pursuing pushing the boundaries and what boundaries ?
I never have really understood and wondered why women put those stupid nipple piercing things in and other parts of their body. What is their message and why ?
The bondage thing, being rope, chains, whatever, has never been something I care for. Then again, what is the message being offered ?
People can call Anything Art regardless if it is or not. It is just an opinion. Some is just for shock, gaining attention and such otherwise they would not get the attention.
So, to me, this type of theme is just ugly and meaningless.
So to me this post is meaningless except to you and the those that like this type of thing.
Well Shooter you asked.
Bruce.

Everyone has a right to enjoy their own interest and hobbies. I personally don't like this image at all. I don't like the nipple piercings or the chains. The model is obviously a plus size model but still can be a good model in the right setting. I would enjoy seeing a picture of her in a more natural setting. It would be interesting to see the picture you have posted of her and a picture of her nude in a nice pose without the "bondage" aspect posted side by side and let the viewers vote for their favorite.
Like I said though everyone has a right to their own opinion and I respect yours, I just don't care for it.
I would never ever hang this on my wall or anywhere else. Why would this lady subject herself to this shoot?
