I feel for all the folks in the path, they already have rainfall totals that match any previous hurricane, going to be tremendously wet for some time. Good thing that hundreds of power crews have been pre-staging, hopefully the roads and bridges won't all wash out and make it that much worse.
I have been through many hurricanes during my lifetime and to me Andrews was one of the worst.
The devastation that hurricane caused has been most probably the most catastrophic experience we have been through.
