Was raining again today and looked around to find something to shoot. Did a DIY set up and tried my luck at water droplet photography. First attempts.

Thanks Earl, I wish I had some better shots. These are the best out of 100 or so. I had to just let it drip and hit the trigger without looking at the droplets. Brain and finger were not in sync. I learned the ones you might have seen with a crown are done with 2 different size drops, the timing and shutter click are done mechanically with a machine that I don't have.

It was somewhat fun. If you have patents you'l like it. You'l probably take a whole bunch of shots before you get lucky and get a good one. Mine was a DIY set up with no costs involved. Watched this YouTube and went for it.
