Even when the most blind of the blind lib f*****t socialist dems know it is right, they will still say it is wrong and fight it. Will it even occur to them to ask why their messiah got the US in that mess? NO, it won't.

When I read your description of those who disagree with the "Fraud" premise, I am reminded of a 9th-grade boy who could not speak without a F*** or S*** etc... and I suggested to him that he increase his vocabulary. His reply was ... what's vocabulary. I taught full time for 3 years after retiring... Math and Science... my profession for many years was Environmental Consulting, Air Pollution was my specialty from 1964 on with industrial R&D mixed in.

Indeed, ignorance is rampant in the USA about 40% and they support Trump as the ultimate authority on all subjects. The sooner that 40% stop wearing seat belts, disobey the speed limits and ignore the direction of traffic on the expressway the better the USA will be.

I'm a little confused by some of the comments here. The article linked to in the OP does not say anything about President Trump being right or wrong on the subject; it says 0bama latched on to the Paris Accord and President Trump pulled us out. The rest of the article explains why the Paris deal was a fraud. At the end it says that President Trump was right to stop pretending the Paris accord would have any effect on the way countries would address the supposed problem.

It's interesting to note, that none of the countries who signed the Paris accord have taken any steps to meet their emission reduction goals. The only country of significance which has actually reduced its CO2 emissions is, wait for it... The USA.

He could not sign it since it was a treaty that would have needed to be ratified by the Senate. He knew it would never be approved so he did not submit it for ratification. He just started to act like it was in effect, with his pen.

This was why President Trump could reverse that decision with HIS pen.

If it was a real danger, you would think that countries who believe it to be a problem would start acting like it was a problem. None of them act that way.

Just in 2017, the USA reduced its CO2 emissions by 42 million tons. Canada, a Paris accord signatory, increased its emissions by 18 million tons, the EU increased theirs by 42 million, India increased by 91 million tons and China increased by almost 120 million tons.
