of our recent trip to Ohio. While exploring the countryside, we encountered a beautiful little building sitting right beside the road. It turned out to be Linn School. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the grounds. The school is only open to the public a few days a year so we could only look through the windows. The pictures are self explanatory. The group of silos was in the distance behind the school. We noticed that it was hazy most of the time while we were in Ohio. I'm not sure why. I spotted this barn more than once along a busy road as we wandered around and each time it made me smile. Finally, on our way to the airport, we did a pull over. I didn't want to return home without it!

Amazing little school. Thanks for sharing parts of your trip. We very much enjoyed our time in Ohio earlier this month. Very good roads and road signs, friendly people.

Iā€™m glad you enjoyed these, James. I made my husband turn and go back after we passed the school. I only wish we could have gone inside. I agree that Ohio is a very pleasant part of the country to visit.

Love the school and barn. Not much diff in the silo pics. Just some green. Probably best to leave it in b&w.

Really interesting and well composed images of the school. Nice color and lighting, with good implied stories.

Enjoyed the set very much Carol, especially the happy barn! Prefer the silo shot in b&w.

Thank you, Debbie. There was so much in the museum but it was crowded and poorly lit so I settled for a few samples.

Thank you, Greg! I should have taken more pictures. The reunion we attended was very well done and probably was a missed opportunity. I had decided to just be in the moment and enjoy the event instead of seeing everything through a viewfinder.
